Physiotherapy Treatments
Massage helps to improve blood flow, aid in pain relief, relax muscle spasm and tension, and help with relaxation. It therefore has an important role in all treatments, allowing physiotherapists to target specific areas of dysfunction.
Passive Range of Motion
(PROM)
This is the act of moving a joint through its full range of motion and is useful for the assessment of joint health and as a treatment for neurological injuries or conditions. It helps to replicate normal movement patterns to prevent contractures and disuse issues, as well as assisting in neuromuscular re-education and helping to reduce pain.

Fascia is a web of connective tissue which lies underneath the skin surrounding and holding every muscle, tendon, ligament, blood vessel, nerve, organ and bone together. Overuse and injury can cause it to become tight and restricted which can lead to pain. Myofascial release techniques help to release this superficial fascial tethering, restoring function, improving blood flow and reducing pain.
Class 3 B LASER Therapy
Laser therapy has been proven to be beneficial to aid in tissue healing and repair as well as provide pain relief. It can be beneficial for conditions such as muscle strains, tendon or ligament injuries, wound healing and releasing painful trigger points. Laser is also extremely beneficial in the treatment of arthritis, helping to reduce pain and inflammation and therefore improving mobility and comfort.
